- 300grams of thinly sliced beef

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 segment ginger finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame

How process the ingredients :
- Coat meat with onions, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
- Let stand for 1 hour. Heat butter. Then after boiling enter an already seasoned me`t. Cook until done.
