Bulgogi

Bulgogi meat is usually often called fire. Bulgogi is a korean meat meals are served in the form of a grilled piece of beef with seasonings soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, onions, and black pepper.

Fermentation method the ingredients for making of Bulgogi :
  1. 300grams of thinly sliced beef
  2. 1/2 onion finely chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  4. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  7. 2 segment ginger finely chopped
  8. 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  9. 2 tablespoons butter
  10. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame
  11. Salt to taste
How process the ingredients :
  1. Coat meat with onions, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, ginger, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Let stand for 1 hour. Heat butter. Then after boiling enter an already seasoned me`t. Cook until done.
  3. Lift the cooked meat and put on a plate.
  4. Serve with a sprinkling of sesame.
