The making of Doenjangjjigae :
Fermentation method the ingredients :
- 1lt of water
- 2 teaspoons chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons doenjang
- 2 tablespoons gohujang
- 2 pieces of potatoes were peeled like dice
- 1 piece of carrot were peeled like dice
- 1 medium onion chopped small
- 1 piece of small cleaved sukini transverse
- 4 pieces of mushrooms/horseradish leaf
- 1 piece of green chili chopped
- 1 piece of red chili chopped
- 200gr silken tofu diced
- 1 stalk spring onion chopped fine
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
How process the ingredients :- Heat water with broth and boil until boiling
- Add gohujang and doenjang, then stir until dissolved
- Add potatoes, carrots, onions, sukini, mushrooms/horseradish leaf, and chili. Cook until vegetables cooked
- Add silken tofu, after several minute
- Add salt and sugar, then stir
- Lift all the ingredients on the bowl
- Sprinkle leeks on the soup, and doenjangjjigae ready to serve
