The making of Kimchi Jjigae is :
Fermentation method the ingredients :
- 1 a bowl of kimchi already acid
- Beef/pork that has been thinly sliced to taste
- Mushrooms to taste
- 1/2 clove thinly sliced onions
- 1 clove garlic already minced
- 1 stalk finely sliced onion leaves
- Coconut oil
- Water
- Water kimchi
- Salt
- Sugar
- Saute chopped garlic and onions with coconut oil to taste
- Afer lightly browned, add beef/pork
- After 3 minutes add kimchi with other ingredients
- Add water and water kimchi to taste, that flavor the soup more savory flavor without adding
- Add sugar to taste, and cook with low heat, that the seasonings can seep into the meat
- After 10 minutes the ingredients that have been cooked can be lifted
- Put Kimchi Jjigae on a boiling rock
- Sprinkle green onions on top of the dish
- Kimchi Jjigae ready to serve
