Kimchi Jjigae

Kimchi Jjigae is a side dish in the shape of a soup which is served in a pot of boiling rock and still when serving at the table. Soup Kimchi Jjigae having the contents of a primary in it which is kimchi.

The making of Kimchi Jjigae is :
Fermentation method the ingredients :
  1. 1 a bowl of kimchi already acid
  2. Beef/pork that has been thinly sliced to taste 
  3. Mushrooms to taste
  4. 1/2 clove thinly sliced onions
  5. 1 clove garlic already minced
  6. 1 stalk finely sliced onion leaves
  7. Coconut oil
  8. Water
  9. Water kimchi
  10. Salt
  11. Sugar
How process the ingredients :
  1. Saute chopped garlic and onions with coconut oil to taste 
  2. Afer lightly browned, add beef/pork
  3. After 3 minutes add kimchi with other ingredients
  4. Add water and water kimchi to taste, that flavor the soup more savory flavor without adding
  5. Add sugar to taste, and cook with low heat, that the seasonings can seep into the meat
  6. After 10 minutes the ingredients that have been cooked can be lifted
  7. Put Kimchi Jjigae on a boiling rock
  8. Sprinkle green onions on top of the dish
  9. Kimchi Jjigae ready to serve
