Galbi

Galbi is pork or beef grilled and seasoned. Galbi regular called with Korean Barbecue.

Fermentation method the ingredients for making of Galbi :
  1. 500 grams of beef ribs are washed and cut by segments.
  2. 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
  3. 1/4 cup of gochujang.
  4. 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
  5. 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
  6. 2 segment finger ginger finely chopped.
  7. 2 cloves of red onion finely chopped.
  8. Salt.
  9. Sugar.
  10. Fine black pepper.
How process the ingredients :
  1. Mix all the ingredients except the ribs, and stir until blended.
  2. Soak ribs that have been cut into pieces with spice mixture for about 5 hours or overmight in the refrigerator.
  3. Grilled ribs or roast in the oven until cooked, while inverted.
  4. After being cooked, serve Galbi on a plate and ready to serve.
