Fermentation method the ingredients for making of Galbi :
- 500 grams of beef ribs are washed and cut by segments.
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
- 1/4 cup of gochujang.
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
- 2 segment finger ginger finely chopped.
- 2 cloves of red onion finely chopped.
- Salt.
- Sugar.
- Fine black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients except the ribs, and stir until blended.
- Soak ribs that have been cut into pieces with spice mixture for about 5 hours or overmight in the refrigerator.
- Grilled ribs or roast in the oven until cooked, while inverted.
- After being cooked, serve Galbi on a plate and ready to serve.
